Cancellation Policy- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy- Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
Important Information
- Please ensure you provide accurate details of your flight arrival or departure when booking the shuttle service.
- Our shuttle service operates according to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
- Please be ready at the designated location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. For airport arrival transfers, our representatives will be waiting at the designated meeting point holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
- Please select a pick-up slot 60 minutes after your flight's arrival time to avoid missing your ride.
- Oversized and excess baggage is subject to the availability of storage space. Please note that only one piece of luggage per person is allowed.
- Kindly provide detailed information about your locations to ensure smooth transfer operations.
- Please note that the waiting time for transfers is approximately 15 minutes.
- Pickup time may vary depending on your pickup location and traffic condition.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
